Saturday Supper Club
Did you know that every second Saturday throughout the year, Chef Dan Leaver takes over the Woodlands kitchen and delights guests at his pop-up supper club! The culinary offering is ALWAYS sumptuous, seasonal and skilfully prepared, and can be devoured within the cosy confines of the Clubhouse Restaurant OR in the seclusion of a RiverBed or SeaBed Luxury Lodge! Here’s what’s cooking this month:
Get a pizza the action!
On Saturday 6th May Dan will be firing up the pizza oven on the Clubhouse terrace and serving delicious hand-stretched sourdough sensations topped with local and seasonal produce. Pizza will be served from 12pm – 3pm and 5pm – 8pm. Unfortunately, pre-orders aren’t possible so get there early to avoid disappointment.
