Thank you for purchasing a Woodlands winter stay through ITISON. A bubbling hot tub under the stars awaits, but first you must follow the steps below to unlock the Woodlands magic!
Step 1
Check the availability calendar on this page to find a date that works. Note that this is just a calendar that shows availability – booking is done in Step 2 below.
Remember that this special ITISON deal is only valid for midweek stays outside of school holidays, between the 8th of January 2023 and the 27th of April 2023.
Please be aware that dates book up VERY quickly, so please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
If you would like to stay at the weekend (Friday & Saturday), a £100 per lodge per night supplement will be applied to your reservation.

Step 2
Click on the link below that matches the ITSION deal that you have booked. You will need to enter the PROMO CODE from your ITISON voucher, then simply follow the steps to process your booking. Note that although a price will show for your stay, no payment will be taken (unless you add optional extras onto your booking, or choose to stay on a weekend night).
Important: please make sure to put your ITISON voucher number and PIN in the notes field. All bookings are totally non-refundable or exchangeable so we strongly recommend that you carry your own travel insurance.

The small print
You’ll have seen these already when booking your ITISON voucher, but for clarity;
- You need to provide a valid ITISON voucher code and PIN in the booking process. We are unable to accept bookings without this.
- Vouchers are valid for a midweek stay only (Sunday to Thursday)
- Stays must be between the 8th of January 2023 & the 27th of April 2023
- Excludes school/public holidays and weekends
- Your booking will not be accepted for any dates outside of the offer period
- Once booked, your reservation is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We strongly recommend you purchase our Peace of Mind cover while making your booking.
- All vouchers must be used before 31st March 2023
