The Studio is a warm, welcoming and inviting space perfect for meetings, events, classes, parties and celebrations.
It is designed as a blank canvas – we provide a beautiful room with good lighting, underfloor heating, kitchenette, bathroom (inc. shower if needed) a fantastic sound system and projector, and you can use it as you wish!
While we aim to be as helpful as possible, we expect you to bring any furniture or decorations you may need. If unsure, please do get in touch with our team – for example we do have a meeting desk for 6 people we are happy you borrow if you let us know in advance.

Key information
- Location: The Studio, Woodlansd Glencoe, Ballachulish PH49 4AA
- Capacity: 5.5m x 5.7m – approx. 10 yoga mats / 30 seating / 50 standing inside. Additional space outdoors if weather permits. You are welcome to put up gazebos on lawn during your rental time as long as no damage caused. Please do contact us for any large events before booking.
- Parking: 3 cars, with plenty more at our Clubhouse building (3 minute walk). Do please let us know if you need parking for more than 10 cars so we can plan for this.
- Accessibility: Wheelchair ramp available at request to cover large step up into property. Flat internally. Fully accessible bathroom inside Clubhouse building.
- Rules: We’re not a big fan of rules, but please do leave the space as you have found it. We expect you to remove any rubbish, and there is a brush / mop available if needed. If you would like the space to be professionally cleaned before / after your event, this can be arranged in advance for a fee of £65.
