All massages at Woodlands Wellness are bespoke. You can choose a 75 minute massage, or one of our 40 minute treatments and you’ll be able to pick from a variety of therapies. You’ll be treated by a skilled, fully qualified therapist who understands how to work intuitively and safely with your body.

Couples Bespoke Massage
Reconnect and unwind together with our signature couples massage, a deeply relaxing, side-by-side experience designed to calm the body and quiet the mind. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, using slow, flowing techniques and premium oils to ease tension and restore balance.
On selected days, your experience is elevated with our Sound Bath Couples Massage, where the gentle resonance of singing bowls flows through the space as you’re massaged. These therapeutic vibrations help settle the nervous system, deepen relaxation, and enhance your overall sense of calm and connection.
Whether you join us for the Bespoke Couples Massage or the Sound Bath experience, you’ll leave feeling restored, rebalanced, and more connected to each other.

Pair Massage with Sauna
The Wilderness Sauna was crafted in Finland and follows traditional Löyly principles — prioritising steam, stillness, and a multisensory connection to the elements.
From the wide glass window enjoy panoramic views across Loch Linnhe into the mountains as soft Highland light pours into the space. The sauna comfortably seats three people, or four if you are happy with cosying up!
