Katie's Top tip
"RiverBeds are our smaller lodges, but don't worry - they're really romantic and cosy. SeaBeds are more expensive but offer such an amazing experience. It's worth the upgrade if you can afford it."
Write your own Woodlands fairytale
This is your special getaway and we leave it to you to create your own story. Part of the magic of Woodlands is that we get out the way, so that you can rule! For example, there’s no specific breakfast time – an insulated hamper of fresh pastries and other goodies is simply placed quietly outside the door each morning, no need to leave your lodge.
One of the things guests love about staying at Woodlands is the relaxed independence. Each lodge has its own private space, and you can be as secluded or as social as you want. It’s your adventure, your rules! However, if you need some friendly assistance, or recommendations, our team is never far away. A simple phone call, and we’ll be by your side to help with whatever you need.

Luxury accommodation with the environment at heart
The Woodlands Glencoe Estate is committed to working with nature. We are excited at the opportunities we have to improve the environment and become ever more sustainable.
The pedigree starts from the earliest design of the lodges; to construction with sustainable materials; to the deepest of insulation. Everything, including the hot tub, is heated by air source pump and even the driveway to your lodge is made from re-cycled road materials! You might have noticed our on site electric vehicles nipping around too?
More delightful is the nature all about you. We’ve planted trees, supported wildlife, protected paths and burns – all to make this parkland more special, and leave a positive legacy for future generations. When you stay with us at Woodlands, you can be sure we’re doing everything we can to look after the beautiful world around you.

There’s so much to see, do and eat around us it’s perhaps little surprise that Lochaber is known as “The Outdoor Capital of the UK”.
Why not hire an e-bike, or join a segway tour from our Activity Centre. Follow ancient footsteps through stunning Glencoe to discover our rich history, or taste some of the freshest and most delicious food possible with award winning produce from land to sea.
Or jump in the car and explore further afield; drive North past Ben Nevis and Fort William to The Loch Ness Monster and beyond! Or West to the beaches of Ardnamurchan and the Fairy Pools of Skye, South to picturesque Oban or East to some of Scotland’s most celebrated distilleries.
