Once upon a time, our beloved Clubhouse was a bustling little teashop and garden centre. Many of you will remember it fondly (we do too!). It truly thrived for years, but like so many places, after Covid it never quite found its old rhythm again. Gradually, the Clubhouse became more of an honesty lounge; a quiet, help-yourself corner for coffee and snacks.
And then everything changed!
Kitchen Food Truck
Enter Lorna & Jim, a brilliant idea and one very exciting addition: a Food Truck on the Clubhouse terrace. Fast forward one year, and wow, what a journey it’s been! From Jim’s unforgettable sharing seafood boils to hearty beef casseroles and dish-after-dish of pure deliciousness, it’s safe to say Kitchen Food Truck has made its mark.
With over 300 5-star reviews and even a feature in The Times Best Places to Eat & Drink in Scotland, it’s become something really special. And now? It’s been nominated for Best Food Truck at the Scottish Takeaway Awards! Don’t forget to cast your vote here!!
With all this excitement (and let’s be honest, incredible food), we knew it was time for the Clubhouse itself to step up and shine. So, we’ve transformed it!
The Clubhouse Bar
By day, the Clubhouse Bar is now a cosy café serving up delicious coffees from Inverness Coffee Roasting Co, the perfect spot to relax, refuel and take in those views over Loch Linnhe. By night, it changes form and becomes something truly magical; a warm, inviting restaurant with sheepskins on chairs, flickering candlelight and informal romance galore!
And the drinks? We didn’t hold back! Expect a carefully curated cocktail list, wines & champagne, local whiskies and spirits, plus beer and cider on draught. Available all day, just as it should be.
We’ve kept everything you loved (and added a little more)! Enjoy a cosy fire, an incredible soundtrack, views for days, disabled & buggy-friendly access, free WiFi, dog-friendly indoor & outdoor seating!

If you’re staying with us, you’re in for a little treat! You’ll find tokens in your lodge, which can be swapped for a chilled glass of champagne, a cocktail or whatever takes your fancy at the Clubhouse Bar. You’re on holiday after all 🥂
The Clubhouse Bar is open daily from 9am – 9pm with Kitchen Food Truck serving up a mouthwatering mix of locally sourced, seasonal dishes for everyone from 9am – 12pm and 5pm – 8pm (closed Monday mornings). We can’t wait to welcome you!
